Additional Images from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic US Congress Members
Property layouts for the financier's private tropical island among the images.
Additionally featured in this new document disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the region, noted on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section identifying distinct parts of the estate.
In addition to this are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as designs for dock shelters.
Further documentation made public as part of the current congressional process.
